Do you know that how you speak to yourself is just as
important as how you treat others?
In your mind are you:
- beating yourself up?
- judging yourself?
- lying to yourself?
If you can replace the negative thought patterns with
compassion and forgiveness you happiness level will increase dramatically!
Take some time to notice your self chatter throughout the
day. What are the filters that you are
relating through? Can you shift out and
say an "I AM" statement instead?
Something like:
- I AM happy
- I AM doing the best that I can
- I AM accepting
You are the conductor of your own brain - choose wisely!
